Loved this hip new hotel: good food and friendly professional and caring staff. The location was perfect, right by other things around town and shopping centre. Also, we saw Wollongong Mall, based a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

We got great value for our money, and the room was cozy and well-equipped.

Incredibly beautiful hip new place with great location near a very large shopping mall and restaurants and shopping centre and main street and shops and other things around town. Extremely accommodating staff, modern, updated rooms with a view of the carpark.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the city center! I loved that the room and amenities were modern, plus parking was a breeze. The coffee from the bar was definitely a highlight and gave a nice perk to my morning.

But wow, where do I start? The mattress was awful, really uncomfortable, and the lack of proper coffee cups felt dangerous. Not to mention the rude staff who made me feel unwelcome. Plus, hidden fees at check-in left me with a sour taste. Not worth the money!
